صيام عاشوراء يكفر السنة التى قبله.

سبب صيام عاشوراء وفضائله

اولا :-سبب صيام عاشوراء

حين جاء الإسلام، وهاجر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى المدينة ورأى اليهود يصومون هذا اليوم فرحاً بنجاة موسى قال: “أنا أحق بموسى منكم” فصامه وأمر بصيامه.

وكان ذلك في أول السنة الثانية، فكان صيامه واجباً فلما فرض رمضان فوض الأمر في صومه إلى التطوع، وإذا علمنا أن صوم رمضان في السنة الثانية للهجرة تبين لنا أن الأمر بصوم عاشوراء وجوباً لم يقع إلا في عام واحـد، تقول عائشة رضي الله عنها: “فلما قدم صلى الله عليه وسلم المدينة صامه -أي عاشوراء- وأمر بصيامه، فلما فرض رمضان ترك يوم عاشوراء، فمن شاء صامه ومن شاء تركه”

ثانيا فضائل يوم عاشوراء:_

1- صيامه يكفر السنة الماضية: ففي صحيح مسلم أن رجلا سأل رسول الله عن صيام عاشوراء فقال: “أحتسب على الله أن يكفر السنة التي قبله”.
كما كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يتحري صيام هذا اليوم: فقد روى ابن عباس قال: “ما رأيت النبي يتحرى صوم يوم فضله على غيره إلا هذا اليوم يوم عاشوراء”
[البخاري].

وعنه رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “ليس ليوم فضل على يوم في الصيام إلا شهر رمضان ويوم عاشوراء”
[رواه الطبراني في الكبير بسند رجاله ثقات].

2- وقوع هذا اليوم في شهر الله المحرم الذي يسن صيامه: عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “أفضل الصيام بعد صيام رمضان شهر الله المحرم”
[الترمذي وقال: حديث حسن].

وقد كان الصحابة رضي الله عنهم يصومون فيه صبيانهم تعويداً لهم على الفضل فعن الربيع بنت معوذ قالت أرسل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم غداة عاشوراء إلى قرى الأنصار: “من أصبح مفطراً فليتم بقية يومه، ومن أصبح صائماً فليصم” قالت: فكنا نصومه بعد ونصوم صبياننا ونجعل لهم اللعبة من العهن، فإذا بكى أحدهم على الطعام أعطيناه ذاك حتى يكون عند الإفطار.

والسنة في صوم هذا اليوم أن يصوم يوماً قبله أو بعده، لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “لئن بقيت إلى قابل لأصومن التاسع”
[مسلم ].

وقد ذكر ابن القيم في زاد المعاد ( 2/76) أن صيام عاشوراء ثلاث مراتب :
1ـ صوم التاسع والعاشر والحادي عشر وهذا أكملها .
2ـ صوم التاسع والعاشر وعليه أكثر الأحاديث .
3ـ صوم العاشر وحده. ولا يكره ـ على الصحيح ـ إفراد اليوم العاشر بالصوم كما قاله ابن تيمية رحمه الله.

_:First: The reason for fasting Ashura

When Islam came, and the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, migrated to Medina and saw the Jews fasting on this day, rejoicing at the survival of Moses. He said: “I have more right to Moses than you.” So he fasted and ordered his fast.

And that was in the beginning of the second year, so his fasting was obligatory, so when Ramadan was obligatory, the order was delegated to his fasting to be voluntary. When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, came to Madinah, he fasted it – that is, Ashura – and commanded to fast it, and when Ramadan was obligatory, he left the day of Ashura.

_:Second: the virtues of Ashura

His fast expiates the previous year: In Sahih Muslim, a man asked the Messenger of God about fasting Ashura, and he said: “I hope that God will expiate for the year before it.”
As the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was keen to fast on this day: Ibn Abbas narrated that he said: “I did not see the Prophet so keen to fast on a day that he preferred it over other than this day, the day of Ashura.”

And on the authority of him, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There is no day of superiority over a day in fasting, except for the month of Ramadan and the day of Ashura.”
[Narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Kabir with a chain of narrators whose men are trustworthy].

The occurrence of this day in the month of Allah, Muharram, which it is Sunnah to fast: On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The best fasting after Ramadan is the month of God’s Muharram.”
[Tirmidhi and he said: a good hadith].

The Companions, may God be pleased with them, used to fast during which their boys used to accustom them to the virtue. On the authority of Al-Rabee’ bint Mu’adh, she said, the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, on the day of Ashura, sent to the villages of the Ansar: We make for them a toy out of shame, and if one of them cries over food, we give him that until it is at breakfast.

And the Sunnah regarding fasting on this day is that he fast a day before or after it, because the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If I stay to meet, I will fast the ninth.”

Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned in Zad al-Ma’ad (2/76) that fasting Ashura is of three types:
1- Fasting on the ninth, tenth and eleventh, and this completed it.
2 Fasting the ninth and tenth, and most of the hadeeths are upon it.
3- Fasting the tenth alone. It is not disliked – according to the correct opinion – to single out the tenth day with fasting, as Ibn Taymiyyah, may God have mercy on him, said.
